Samantha Watkins began working in the entertainment industry at a young age as an executive assistant supporting top actors, studio executives, and creatives for over a decade. She trained as an actor while producing theater in Los Angeles. Building on all her experience, she transitioned into a creative career as a writer and film producer. 

In 2020, Samantha and her partner, filmmaker Matthew Berkowitz, formed GOODWEIRD. Together, they have produced award-winning feature films and documentaries.
